We sell fun! From Team Members to Store Directors, our store teams are dedicated to helping customers find the gear they need to kickstart fun and enjoy their favorite sports and outdoor adventures. Team Members can expect to work at a place surrounded with gear they love and with a team centered around enthusiasm! Our store opportunities currently spans across 284 stores and 18 states, and more as we grow our footprint. 

We’re passionate about career growth for our team — and developing opportunities for new Team Members. Our training courses are designed to develop the skills needed for specific roles, as well as those designed for anyone looking to sharpen their knowledge and skills. Examples include our Manager in Training Program, Team Lead Development, Team Lead Pro, Insights Discovery, and Accountability Builder programs, among others.
